Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges on orders that meet the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items without their original tags or packaging
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
Please make sure you double-check sizing, color, and product details before checking out.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? If the item is eligible, we’re happy to help you with an exchange (subject to availability). Contact us promptly so we can reserve your replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- The item was out of stock and you were charged
- You returned an eligible item within 3 days of delivery and it passed inspection
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos if the item is defective
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back
Please do not return items without prior approval.
